30-Day No-Reason Return & Exchange Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in new, unused condition, free from scratches, stains, or assembly marks.
  • The original packaging, tags, manuals, and all accessories must be intact and included.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
  • For furniture items that have been assembled, returns are only accepted if the item is disassembled and repackaged in its original packaging.

Return Process

  2. Once authorized, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return shipping address.
  3. Securely package the product in its original packaging, clearly write the RMA number on the outer box, and ship it to the designated address.

Damaged in Transit

If your product arrives with shipping damage:

1-Year Limited Warranty

Knoworld provides a 1-year limited warranty to the original purchaser, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

  • Coverage period: 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Scope: Applies to items purchased directly from knoworld-home.com or authorized Knoworld retail channels.
  • What is covered: Manufacturing defects, material flaws, and functional failures under normal use.
  • What is NOT covered: Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or improper assembly, modifications, commercial use, or damage from accidents/natural events.
