30-Day No-Reason Return & Exchange Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in new, unused condition, free from scratches, stains, or assembly marks.
- The original packaging, tags, manuals, and all accessories must be intact and included.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
- For furniture items that have been assembled, returns are only accepted if the item is disassembled and repackaged in its original packaging.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at hm2xj6fqbfbn@outlook.com to request a return authorization.
- Once authorized, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return shipping address.
- Securely package the product in its original packaging, clearly write the RMA number on the outer box, and ship it to the designated address.
- Unauthorized returns (without an RMA number) will not be accepted or processed.

Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your product immediately upon delivery. If you find any of the following issues, contact us right away:
- Product defects or manufacturing damages
- Incorrect items received
- Missing parts or accessories
We will verify the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible — whether through replacement parts, a replacement product, or a full refund.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items and products explicitly marked "Non-returnable" or "Final Sale" on the product page.
- Clearance items — non-returnable except for verified quality defects.
- Assembled or modified products that cannot be restored to their original condition.
- Custom or made-to-order items.
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 24–72 hours after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 1–7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

- In cases of verified quality defects, Knoworld will cover all return & replacement shipping costs.
Exchange Policy
You may exchange your product following these rules:

Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives with shipping damage:
- Do not accept or sign for visibly damaged packages.
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hm2xj6fqbfbn@outlook.com.
- We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
1-Year Limited Warranty
Knoworld provides a 1-year limited warranty to the original purchaser, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
- Coverage period: 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Scope: Applies to items purchased directly from knoworld-home.com or authorized Knoworld retail channels.
- What is covered: Manufacturing defects, material flaws, and functional failures under normal use.
- What is NOT covered: Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or improper assembly, modifications, commercial use, or damage from accidents/natural events.

Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be canceled free of charge if canceled before shipment.
- Once an order has shipped, the standard return policy applies.
